A 71-year-old Asian man was shot in the neck by an unknown man who fled the scene on foot after he was attacked while walking in Flushing, Queens. On March 29, the New York City Police Department released images of the suspect and appealed for information to help police solve the case.
At about 4:30 p.m. on March 26, a 71-year-old Asian man was walking in front of 142-18 38th Avenue in Flushing when he was attacked by an unknown man, according to the police.The man punched the old man in the neck, causing him to fall to the ground and then fled the scene.The victim's neck continued to be red and swollen.
