Teen arrested for hate attack against Asians

One of three suspects wanted for the Oct. 23 attack on a man who shouted anti-Asian rhetoric has been arrested, New York police said Friday.

According to pix11 reports, the police said the arrested 18-year-old man named Jordan McNamara (Jordan McNamara), he was charged with assault of the person.

McNamara and two others approached a 30-year-old victim around 10:30 p.m. on October 23, attacking the man and shouting anti-Asian remarks.

Police said the three suspects used fists and wooden sticks during the attack.

There are still two suspects who have not been arrested and brought to justice. The police appeal to the public to provide clues and assist the police in handling the case.
